Return & Refund Policy

Coffee & Perishable Items

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we are unable to accept returns on coffee products.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory, please contact us at support@barbellsandbrew.co within 24 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable. We’ll do everything we can to make it right.

Coffee Subscriptions

All coffee subscriptions are non-refundable once an order has been processed. Because each batch is roasted and fulfilled on demand, we’re unable to accept cancellations or returns for subscription shipments that have already been charged.

If you'd like to cancel or modify your subscription, you can do so anytime before your next billing date by logging into your account or contacting us at support@barbellsandbrew.co.

If your subscription order arrives damaged, incorrect, or otherwise unsatisfactory, please reach out within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Merchandise & Non-Perishable Items

We offer a 30-day return window for eligible merchandise.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Must be in original packaging with tags (if applicable)

  • Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at support@barbellsandbrew.co. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or a replacement at no additional cost.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at support@barbellsandbrew.co within 7 days of delivery. We’ll evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Perishable goods (including coffee)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care products

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

If you’re unsure about your item’s eligibility, please reach out before initiating a return.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or product, return the original item (if eligible), and place a new order after your return is approved.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved, we’ll notify you.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method for the product price only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
